These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service. They outline the rules, pricing, trial mechanics, and cancellation procedures governing the premium tier of Double Translate AI.
1. Tiers of Service

Free Tier: Includes standard translation capabilities with text limits, standard response times, and is supported by third-party advertisements via Google AdMob.

Premium Tier: Unlocks unlimited daily translations, exclusive access to the advanced "Double Translate" check feature powered by premium AI (Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT-5 nano), zero advertisements, and faster response times.
2. 3-Day Free Trial Mechanics

Activation: New users may be offered a 3-Day Free Trial to test the Premium features. A valid payment method must be linked to your App Store or Google Play account to activate the trial.

Conversion to Paid Subscription:CRITICAL: The trial automatically converts into a full annual paid subscription at the end of the 3 days unless you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the exact expiration time of the trial period.
3. Localized Pricing and Auto-Renewal

Pricing: Our subscription prices are fully localized across 13 major markets, varying from 9€ (or local currency equivalent in territories like Ukraine) up to 54€ per year (in territories like Switzerland). The exact annual price applicable to your region is clearly displayed on the in-app paywall screen prior to purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed upfront annually. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive one-year periods at the then-current standard price unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Because all payments are managed directly by the mobile operating system marketplaces, the Developer cannot modify or cancel your subscription for you. You must cancel it yourself via your device settings:
For iOS Users (Apple App Store)

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2.
Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
3.
Tap Subscriptions.
4.
Find Double Translate AI and tap it.
5.
Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
For Android Users (Google Play Store)
1.
Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3.
Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
4.
Select Double Translate AI.
5.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Refunds and Account Changes
All financial transactions are governed exclusively by Apple's and Google's respective marketplace policies.

No Direct Developer Refunds: The Developer has no technical or legal authority to issue refunds or reverse credit card charges.
